A League With a Philosophy
Our league has a clear philosophy highlighting sportsmanship, respect, and learning. We strongly discourage unsportsmanlike behavior, verbal abuse, and grandstand coaching. We understand that our players are children, not professional football players. Hence, we encourage parents and spectators to focus on the game’s positive aspects, appreciate good play by all teams, and not dwell on errors. Our youth sports volunteers, often closest to the action, serve as referees and make calls as they see them. We request parents and spectators to present their opinions and criticisms to league officers rather than taking it upon themselves to intervene during the games.
